CCFD-Terre SolidaireCCFD-Terre Solidaire has always viewed photography as a powerful tool for documenting its work around the world and supporting its mission to raise awareness. It encourages the commitment of photographers who, through their images, bear witness to social and environmental realities that are often overlooked and give a voice to populations that are too often unseen.
Launched for the first time in 2022, CCFD-Terre Solidaire Photo Award reflects our commitment to supporting the work of photographers and fostering dialogue. At the intersection of the NGO world and photography, the aim of this prize is to make each image an invitation to understand the world and embrace the challenges of building a more solidaristic world.
CCFD-Terre Solidaire has long had a strong connection with humanist photography, particularly through its meeting with photographer Sebastião Salgado in 1973, who is now the Honorary President of the Prize.
WHO CAN ENTER?
Participation is open to all professional photographers, regardless of age or nationality. The call for entries runs from March 1 to April 30, 2025.
AWARD-WINNERS
Three laureates will each be awarded a prize of €10,000, one of which will be fully funded by the SAIF. Their winning works will be featured in numerous publications and exhibitions, both in France and internationally, until 2026, including at the La Gacilly Photo Festival.
